Get in touchLeo did a truly fantastic job and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We needed a dated two-bed flat renovated for the rental market. Leo ran the project being our man on the ground (we live away from Margate). He helped identify the work required, completed the majority of it with his team to a very high standard (including painting, joinery, radiator repairs, ceiling repairs, bathroom renovation), and identified (and managed) external contractors to install a new boiler, new kitchen, and flooring. Leo was extremely responsive and communicative - regularly making video calls to show progress, highlighting decisions to make with recommended options. He made the process super easy - if and when we have another project we will definitely use his services again. The price was also very reasonable. From his first visit, Andrew was clear about how the job would be approached and gave an accurate guide price. We had a good understanding on the process we would go through thanks to Andrew’s clear explanations. He visited a number of times before the job started to be sure on each aspect and this allowed the job to be completed quickly and to an extremely high quality. They also left no mess - taking away rubbish and rubble each day. Andrew even put up false walls etc. to minimise the dust going into other areas of the house. His communication is great and we felt fully informed every step of the way. We shortlisted Andrew following his positive reviews on MyBuilder, and we are so glad we did!
