Left them to their own devices for 3 days, to come back & find: * They 'finished' job without checking that Council Building Regs were met. They weren't. Their excuse was that it was up to me to obtain approval. WRONG. I arranged / paid for, Council Building Regs dept to come/inspect. It's the builders job to ensure that Building Regs are followed! * Small flat roof / Box gutter leaking (found out when it started raining). Since they had been paid by then, they washed their hands of their shoddy work.
