We undertake all sort of construction jobs but specialise in two areas. Firstly we have over 10 years experience in wet underfloor heating systems and travel the country doing this work. We can complete every aspect of this job from start to finish including taking up flooring/ breaking concrete, laying the pipe work and connecting and testing the system. We are then able to repour concrete and/or fit the desired flooring. Secondly we specialise in External Insulation for properties and have a large portfolio of recent work completed. We are able to offer an extensive guarantee for the products used in this job. However, this is not all we do and have a wide portfolio of work including extension building, building garages and outhouses, roofing, kitchen fitting, groundwork, bricklaying, soffits and guttering, landscaping and small jobs like fitting flooring, plumbing, painting and decorating. What was supposed to be only a concrete excavation job turned out to be a full UFH installation with insulation and screed on top. It was a big job but the team has managed very well. Good communication, flexible attitude and excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

However he failed to turn up when he said he would, then said he needed to delay the job by 10 days, and then failed to turn up again, with no warning. Ignored my phone calls and then told me over text he could no longer do it. Very unprofessional.

I have always got along with all my previous customers, with many people returning for future work. I always respect your home as if it where my own.I am happy working alone or as group,i have many sub-contractors to hand if needed. Gas safe plumber NICEIC electrician I find it very easy to organise any other trades. Also i can project manage any job of any size which takes the stress away from your selfs. I have good communication skills with all trades and all clients which have hired me in the past. I have always done my job properly and i am proud of the work i have done in the last 23 years. And proud that many clients have had me back to do moor work.I do not cut corners believing that if a job is worth doing then it should be done properly.At the same time keeping my prices fair.
