It’s so nice to meet an honest tradesman! Nathan came round, had a look at the leak and was able to offer me several options. As my boiler is pretty old he wasn’t sure if he would be able to find the part, luckily he was able to source the part. When he came to fit the part my boiler was no longer leaking and Nathan was honest enough to say he wouldn’t be happy to change the part as it would be costly, and with the age of the boiler there’s no guarantee something else wouldn’t go wrong. He did state that if it was to start leaking again to get back in touch. I was so impressed with his honesty, he could have easily changed the part and taken my money anyway but he didn’t. Shane and the guys arrived on time they were nice and polite. They did a fantastic job of fixing my fence that the storm had ripped out, it was as good as new when they finished, Shane even put my lights and garden hooks back on the posts for me. They cleaned up after themselves I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

The job included a section of wall complicated by textured paint which required a decorator with experience. Although I still found the cost expensive, purely in context of what different family members have recently paid for similar jobs back in Stockport/south Manchester. To be fair and accurate, we chose Ben with a quote which was just above mid-range. We felt an immediate trust for him and in the long run maintained that trust, respect for him and an admiration for his attention to detail, work ethics and cleanliness. John contacted us within a short time about the job and came around the same day to quote the job. Fair price for work done. Great quality work, worked within the time frame he gave us, kept us upto date with any changes that needed making. Will be using John again for other work.
