Hi there, my name is Brodie I used to work for a local construction company with a very well know name for it self. Unfortunately everyone has set ways so I am now out on my own with my old boss. We are very OCD and professional when it comes to our work, also competitive with our price's . We work in the local areas of Salisbury, durrington, Amesbury and the surrounding areas. Great question, consumers are inundated with emails and offers whether they are about cost savings measures or sales, etc. It all becomes a blur and more challenging. If you’re introducing yourself to a potential client in person, do a little research on who they are and what they do. When you introduce yourself tell them how you were intrigued or interested in how they executed XYZ. When they finish telling you about the process , then advise what you do and how it is related and how you can help. Make the connection and show how what you know and can offer will in fact benefit them. Try not to make it like a sales pitch. Be casual about it

From leaving school in 2013, I studied painting and decorating at Exeter College, qualifying with an NVQ level 2 with City and Guilds. Following that, I decided to broaden my knowledge within the construction industry, and study bricklaying. I qualified with an NVQ level 2 in One Skill in 2020. In total I have 7 years experience in bricklaying, and 10 in painting and decorating. Since then, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge working on different sites, as well as some smaller private jobs. I live in Exeter, but will work in most locations over Devon and Somerset.
