Having 15 years of experience in the London extension and renovations market , I have delivered numerous extensions to the customers satisfaction. In the current market where cost is the most crucial part, working with a reliable builder that actually finish the job is a very important consideration. Because I am usually involved from the design stage I make sure that the customer understands all the cost implications of their decisions and suggest more cost effective options if relevant. Due to the bespoke quoting process that was fine tuned over years of experience the chances of scope creep is very limited and any variations is always approved by the customer. There are 3 elements to any build being Time, Cost and Quality of which Quality is the most important. After years you would've forgotten about the extra £1000 or 2 weeks longer that it took to get your project completed but you will be living with the enjoyment of quality done right. Never mind the value that a well built extension adds to your property.
