I supply a detailed design spec on all projects to current building regulations, and where necessary detailed 1 in 5 scale drawings for more complicated elements. I have a number of reliable contractors I use regularly, any one of which I would have work on my own home. initial consultations are free of charge, I am happy to discuss your project and look at the overall scope and scale of the project. From there I will provide a detailed fee proposal for both design, planning submission if required, and a full construction package. As my client, you are under no obligation to instruct me for the construction stage after any planning application is successful, you are free to explore other options, of course.
