In my opinion would never use NSH again. Several issues throughout the build which in the end one took court action to resolve. Site was a constant mess and found Neil's attitude rude at times. Not once did he apologise for any issues. Have done several new builds/extensions in the past and this has put myself and wife off ever doing one again.
