Great communication from start to finish, his team were a pleasure and very punctual despite the bad weather. Everything was done on time. Would hire again and definitely recommend.
Malc, as he likes to be known is a nice guy. He gave sound advice on my sink & taps replacement, toilet cistern flushing unit and towel rail, supplied and fitted. He was on time, did the work as asked and cleared up after himself. Good job at a fair price. Recommended.

Latest review:Extensions-Not quick and not precise… Our experience with Quick and Precise has been horrendous from start to finish. We have had no end of issues with: Delays / no shows Poor quality of work (and rework) – in particular roofing, carpentry, uneven and noisy floors, plastering Mess and damage to our property (including extensive water damage through inadequate weather protection) I have been trying to get Quick and Precise to resolve some of the more significant issues for months, but they have been dismissive and evasive. I currently having to spend in excess of £4000 having a flat roof replaced because just about every element of it was fitted incorrectly, the he rubber has lifted and we have mould and damp. I would be happy to show any prospective customer the sort of work they can expect to see and provide full details of the issues we have encountered.

Rating: 5 out of 5 554 reviewsI hired Jake, Brian and the team to carry out a single story kitchen extention. I had never undertaken such a large job and was somewhat overwhelmed and did not know what to expect. However, I was reassured by Jake and Brian on what to expect and what the works world entail. They took the project on and were in constant communications throughout the build. They organised building control inspections, kitchen fitters, electrical, plumbing, plastering, brick layers, the lot. I just had to sit back and see my dream kitchen come into fruition and boy it did! No job was too small, they made adjustments along the way and kept me informed of any issues and made me aware of anything that required extra work, we agreed to a price and they delivered. I am very happy with the outcome and any issues that came up later were dealt with promptly. I had some frustrations along the way(this wasn't jake's fault) but Jake took on the responsibility and rectified issues that were not his own. Its difficult to find a trustable and reliable builder these days but if you are reading this, please give Jake a shot, you will not be disappointed. I now have the kitchen I envisaged at a reasonable price and I couldn't be more happier. If you want a builder who is trusted, has an eye for detail and is always transparent... do yourself a favour and get in touch with J S Build & Renovate. Jake is a genuine hardworking lad that deserves the recognition!
