From the experience it was clear that Abdulla or his teammates are not having the right experience or expertise to take up such an installation. Work was not completed but the payment was requested to a level of bullying. It was a classic sign of a rogue trader, Please be aware. After the installation intercom was not ringing and gate was not opening from the intercom button nor through the number pad . There was another switch internally to control the gates, which was also not working. I was very impressed with the installation, attention to detail and the fact that they kept me informed of every aspect of the job. The engineer showed me how to use the system and went through a fault find in the event of a problem. The system stopped working due to an IP error and an engineer promptly came out the following day to resolve the issue. System working fully now, no concerns.
