Latest review:Extensions-We used Mark to do a complete remodeling/renovation of our kitchen and to build a new single storey extension to the rear of our property. mark and his team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. There was alot of work overall that went into this project and it involved many different trades all of which was organised by Mark taking the stress away from us. All trade persons who worked on the project worked to a great standard and couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend and use again for future builds.

Quoted us 85k for a 14 week job for a 1 storey extension. We have extra work done sure but this has been inflated. He's had over 105k from us, now at 34 weeks. Asking for 4k more. Didn't sort building reg certificate I had to. Didn't pay tradesmen work for months, went on holiday 3 times during (Jamaica, Egypt and God knows where). Won't confirm who the warranty lies with. Paid him £3k extra for a patio base which was done as a bodge job, ended up having to rip it up and got it done by someone else for 1k. He used waterproof membrane which created a swamp. Got lots of photographs of the promised 10cm hardcore being 1cm. Do not trust, contact me and I will show you all you need to avoid him. Moving towards court...

He was flexible, knowledgable and accommodating from the outset and throughout the project. The work is of a high standard and he handled a complex project with great skill. Any unexpected obstacles were never an issues and we were always reassured. We would use Rawdon Homes again for any future projects without hesitation.

Latest review:Extensions-If you get the opportunity to work with Neil and his team on any sort of building project take it with both hands! Neil and his lads have far exceeded all of my expectations, they made our two story side extension such a smooth and enjoyable process. This is our first renovation project and i was extremely nervous and uneducated about all aspects of completing an extension, However Neil took my lack of experience on board and guided me through the whole process talking me through each stage. He is a perfectionist and his work certainly reflects this, every stage of our extension has been completed to the highest of standards. We Will be having Neil back as soon as we can to complete further work for us. Do not hesitate on using Neil and his team as I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Latest review:Extensions-Jamie and his team were polite and friendly but also professional in completing my extension in the four/ five week schedule. Watching how they constructed the building, they all took pride in their workmanship, from digging of the foundation to smoothness of the plaster work. There have been some issues when digging the footings out with pipework but they all worked together to get the best solution to the problem and that has been the practice the whole way through the build. If I require any other building work doing, I will be on the phone to Jamie to have it done. Thanks to everyone who was involved with my extension.

Latest review:Aidan designed and fitted our bespoke kitchen to perfection. He was always professional, personable and reliable. His work was to an excellent standard and we have used him on a number of occasions since for additional carpentry work (new door frames, boxing-in of pipes, cupboards and storage building). I would recommend him to anyone seeking good quality joinery work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
