I was contacted by VB Electrical and he confirmed that he was interested in the job. I asked if he was available on 2nd or 4th December (when visiting mother again). He advised that 2nd December in the afternoon was booked into his diary - time to be confirmed as we were travelling from Wales). However, on 2nd December, he did not respond to my texts nor my answerphone message. And he has not responded since!

Joshua didn't waste any time and quoted me prices per socket and his availability, which was brilliant. I hired him to fix 3 double sockets. He communicated well pre job and during the job. There were a few issues with installing the new sockets but he came up with really practical solutions. He knows his trade well, gave me a great price and tidyed up after himself too.
