Tom carried out the job carefully and professionally, also offering to help find me dimmable LED bulbs. Only problem was that the plaster failed to come out of my sisal carpet, but when I complained he did offer to have it cleaned professionally.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I booked this electrician to replace spotlights in four rooms, and we agreed on a price before any work began. He completed only one room and was scheduled to return to finish the remaining three rooms. However, after starting the job, he contacted me to say that he had taken on a larger, more profitable job and would not be returning to complete the work he had already committed to. He then claimed that he had underquoted for my job. we had already agreed a price beforehand. Instead of honouring his commitment, he chose to walk away from the project, leaving my home in an unfinished with rooms not matching. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Be cautious, as you may find yourself left with an unfinished job and having to pay someone else to do the rest of the work. AVOID AVOID AVOID
