Ben was a lovely guy who seemed very professional and informative. Unfortunately after we agreed a price and awarded his company the job, his boss visited and tried to up the price. So unfortunately for Ben, we gave the job to another company. There are a lot of companies in this space that bait and switch and I was explicit that what I was approving was not going to be changed. Unfortunately- it did, so we did not go ahead with JC Surfacing, but instead another company that stood by their quote.
