What I appreciated most was not only the quality of the work carried out, but also the time and effort spent discussing the issues beforehand, planning the work, and sharing valuable advice and expertise. As I was managing the property remotely and was unable to attend in person, the detailed photos and documentation provided throughout the job were extremely helpful and gave me excellent visibility of the work being completed. Communication was clear, professional, and proactive at all times. I also greatly appreciated the contacts and recommendations provided for further investigation of damp and other property issues. Conscientious, hard working, polite, easy going and nothing was too much trouble for Mathew and Callum. From first meeting to finishing the job (including extras) they both worked tirelessly, advising me of alternatives when we came upon a problem- nothing was too much trouble for them - not a problem is their fav words. Matthew also gave me the option of sourcing and paying for supplies (unlike other builders who usually add at least 10% onto the invoice) which I loved as it kept me involved with the job and also helped me keep an eye on the budget. They also installed 2 doors and 3 windows (in a solid stone wall that was 3 foot thick) and fitted a rubber roof perfectly. I can not praise Mathew enough. If you are looking for a professional hard working reliable honest builder Mathew is your man. I can not rate him highly enough.

Worse job ever I saw. he pain outside wall and some cracks but it look like he don it with toothbrush He never fill any wholes or gaps!!! You will see more than 10 dots in 20 cm he didn’t paint behind the pipes. He damaged my car As well because he use grinder with out use any water the dust of his metal cutting disc stay on my car when I take it to wash they scratch my car i have a photo of his job to prove my feedback as longer he take his cash he never came back to complete his job but this is My first and last time to use him 👎👎👎👎
