Latest review:Demolition-I was wary of using a site such as this to look for tradespeople but I am very happy with the process and the work that’s been done. Tom was quick to provide a quote, the job was comparatively small and fitted in super quickly around other work they were doing. In fact, I had the quote one Friday and the work was completed by the next. I was kept informed of when the team would be here and advised if there were to be any delays. They were very professional, cheerful and cleared up well after themselves despite some appalling weather on the second day. In fact, I’ve already asked for a quote for some further work to be done (sadly they don’t do fencing which I need done first 😂) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this company.

We have carried out a full range of projects in and around South Wales. We pride ourselves on offering a professional service, delivering a high quality of building work within the customers timescale and budget. Rowan Evans Building Contractors have gained a strong client list and has enjoyed much repeat and referral business which is an excellent indication of the standard of work we produce.
At first then job seemed to go really good until they were fully paid in CASH. They then used excuses not to come to complete the job. Even said there was road works and traffic on M4 when you can actually check the cameras online. They have lied to me about completing the work within time given. Now 8 months have passed and I'm still waiting for them to complete. After the last Negative Review I left, they promised me that if I took it down, they would complete within 1 week. That was now 6 weeks ago! After the experience I'm getting with this company, I can not recommend using them. They have used excuse after excuse not to turn up at this job that they have not completed but paid in full! They had to come back to pull up the resin twice on the steps and now saying that they don't have enough resin. Just excuse after excuse. So I can not recommend them. I will not be using them again as they just keep lieing about when they will come to complete the job. Texts and calls to prove it.
