Promptly turned up to view the job and was really sympathetic to my concerns around damp. After investigation by Neil he assured me it was not damp just mould and that a dry air fan would prevent any sign of it returning. What a relief! So on with the plastering which is all nearly done now and dry air fan being fitted next week. Thoroughly recommend Neil he knows exactly what he's doing 👏

Kristian has completed various trade jobs for me over the last couple of weeks. Tge first job being the changing of roof tiles to the rear of the property where the work carried out was done efficiently with no water issues resulting after completion. Kristian carried out electrical works in the kitchen and bathroom and where a larger job was expected Kristians professionalism noted a much lighter world load needed giving a quicker turnaround and lower price than expected. Kristian carried out carpentry work fitting timber frame units into my mobile coffee shop, matching the current unit fitted with a sleek and solid look on completion. Jamie did a great job! Had ivy that needed removing which meant some render came off. He sorted all of this and fixed and painted it all and looks great. External window and doors were in a bad way but managed to salvage them and again looked great! Few other jobs also needed doing which he happily sorted. Would 100% recommend as he goes above and beyond and makes sure the job is done right and takes his time.
