Bakers Building services have been exceptional throughout the entire project to complete a single story extension on our Victorian terrace in Colchester. Jamie has been easy to talk to and open to all of our ideas when other builders dismissed them. He has also communicated well and kept us informed of timelines and delays with building works. He was also very thoughtful with our neighbours during the build as we have shared assess through their garden so he was always ensuring that they were happy and the site was kept tidy. Jamie has amazing attention to detail and was quick to address any of our concerns throughout the building process. His team have also helped with things not in their remit, like helping get the range cooker in to the house and assisting with cleaning our parquet flooring blocks to help us lay the floor. We have got an amazing extension thanks to Jamie and his team so they are highly recommended and I know they will be in much demand, judging by the amount of neighbours we have had asking to see his work with a view to extend their own properties. Star Builder and we are looking to having him and his team back to further renovate our property when we tackle the first floor

Ben was great! From making contact to practically spending all day at the house in our garden in the heat too, giving great advice and he's so friendly. He done a fantastic job, definitely going to get more work done in future. Our garden looks brilliant! We had a patio repoint and jet sprayed,as well as decking cleaned ,grass cut and cleaned up. We can enjoy our summer in the garden now! Thanks Ben! :)
