I am happy with the walls, they look good and were built quickly even though the weather was very hot. However, I am not too happy about finishing up the work. We have discussed about breaking and removing the extra cement around the walls, which will prohibit grass from growing. I have promptly paid the invoices received from Oliver, even though this work was not carried out. Get in touchJordan was really knowledgable and took the time to assess the work without trying to get us to pay for extra things we might not need. “This is most likely to be the issue, start by fixing that and then only do other things if you need to”. He did the work to a high standard and came back to finish the mortar around the chimney when more of the old mortar than he’d expected came off initially- he even filled in some cracks around the chimney pots with the mortar he had left over which was really appreciated. He was also able to fit us in at the weekend meaning we didn’t have to wait long. The only improvement point would be around organisation and planning. On two occasions we were expecting him and he didn’t come (one was due to being called out to an emergency roof repair and the other due to forgetting)- he apologised profusely on both occasions but it would be worth using a calendar and reminders to avoid this in future. Otherwise we’re very happy with the work and no longer have a leak now that we have new flashing on our chimney so would recommend Jordan.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)- - Get in touchNick has done a really good job for us, plastering our very uneven walls and ceiling of our 1750’s Cotswold Cottage.
