Latest review:Conversions - General-Arlec did a brilliant job with our kitchen dining room conversion. I can’t rate them highly enough. The works involved the removal of the existing kitchen, demolition of the internal wall, fully re-plaster including the ceiling, supply and installation via Howden’s of a new kitchen, the flooring and painting. The finished room looks amazing. Arlec were brilliant throughout, there were no surprises, everything went according to the estimate and all the works were completed professionally and quickly. I really appreciate a lot of what Arlec did, especially them bringing their Howden’s surveyor and getting the kitchen designed, quoted and ordered ASAP. The whole job was completed much faster than I hoped. I initially set out to use MyBuilder to check the price of another recommended builder I planned to use on the job, but Arlec were so professional, quick and nice (and the pricing was great of course) that they took the job by being by far the best.

The finished work looks really good and he was willing to make any additional changes we needed. Even went out of his way to install door handle and other work that was not included. I hired Paul & his brother, two nice guys & very patient with all my texts, asking all sorts of questions. The bathroom looks great, I am really pleased with it. They both worked solid from the time arriving to leaving. The tiling & plastering looks great too.
