What a joy to have people working on your property that really know what they are doing. They tidied up afterwards also to a high standard. The personal door into the garage looks as if it was there from the start of the build. Very professionally completed would certainly recommend LJM Carpentry.

Nathan is great to work with, very friendly, knowledgeable and a good, pragmatic thinker overcoming problems with timely, cost-effective solutions. Nathan is courteous, tidy, cleaning up and on time every day, really hard working and working late where need be to be at the right stage to progress next days work to plan etc. Good liaison with local authority building control. This was a fairly complex job, removal of a 4m+ wide load bearing wall to open up kitchen into existing garden room. Involved installation of a pair of large structural beams with pillar/pad arrangement and associated foundation work plus opening up a doorway thru 3ft stone walls, making good on completion. Nathan also did the plastering to a spotless impeccable finish. Nathan is a very skilled builder, good attention to detail and great to work with. Fair & reasonable price and on target too. Extremely satisfied, will use again and strongly recommend.

Lee is very polite and conscientious. He comes up with good suggestions/solutions to my ideas, and has come in early and worked some weekends to get the job completed. I thoroughly recommend him. Work carried out Removal of stud wall, building new stud-wall + cupboard Supply & fit internal doors Partial dismantlement of old conservatory, making it water tight for the 4 week lead time (no leaks despite the winter storms). Get in touchI have no hesitation in recommending James and his team. They have just completed an internal renovation for me and it has been completed to the highest of standards. James visited me to view the job quickly after I contacted him. He supplied a realistic quote which was acceptable. His men turned up exactly on the agreed day and time and they took exactly the time quoted to complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves each night and at the end of the job did an extensive cleaning around the affected area.
