Lee and Wes built an orangery at the rear of my house on Ashford Road. I have nothing but praise for the outstanding job they did, and the excellent build quality completed. Wes's brickwork was even noted as of exceptional quality by a family member who is a quantity surveyor for a large multinational company. They updated me continually throughout the build and always remained extremely professional and easy to deal with. Without a doubt I will use their services again and have already recommended them to a number of friends and family. Every aspect of the build was completed to the highest of standards. Lee estimated a build time of four weeks which was marginal delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Despite this he and Wes worked throughout the weekend to get the project back on track, despite me not even raising it as an issue. All subcontractors used were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. My girl friend works from home and commented how considerate they were throughout the build, whilst she was working. Despite me ordering a set of doors, that unbeknown to be came dismantled, Wes immediately assisted and orchastrated there fitting. I will happily allow anyone who wishes to use the services of Wes and Lee to visit my address and see the quality of their work. Marcus

Andrew of Kaldien was very quick to respond to my job. He went out of his way to visit our home out of working hours. He found the fault very quickly and luckily we only had to incur the call out charge which included half an hour's labour. The fault is up and running again and we couldn't be happier with his work. I contacted Justin regarding work I wanted doing he responded back promptly, providing me a quote within a few days. Started work within a month which suited my plans. Justin and Callum then got on with the job, arriving on time everyday and worked hard and kept the place clean and tidy when they left each day. Price was competitive Justin kept me updated each day on the progress. Job done to a high standard exactly what I wanted. Would definitely hire him again. I would definitely recommend Justin to do your work.

Jamie and Morgan completed a extensive refurbishment of our new home to include removing some major structural walls and fitting steels, knocking down and rebuilding our conservatory together with overseeing other trades for electrical and plumbing works. We found them to be accommodating to our changing requirements, they kept us informed, they didn't try to exploit us for extras, in fact they were very reasonably priced. Overall we were extremely happy and look forward to using them for our further extension next year. Thanks guys!

Dave came round to quote for a different job, which we’re not ready to do yet however when he visited to quote, we asked him about fitting a door and surround. When we found a door a couple of months later Dave was able to come round within a few days to do the work and we are very happy with the result. We live in an old property with no straight lines and he did a superb job, was very clean and tidy and I would highly recommend him for any work.

I asked Andy to remove a chimney and breast spanning two rooms, dismantle a kitchen fireplace, and install a steel beam — a job many builders didn’t want to touch. From the start, Andy showed incredible professionalism. He considered insurance, council certificates, and building control without me even asking, always thinking ahead from the customer’s point of view. His approach was thoughtful and respectful, and I truly felt I could trust him. His team — Stewart, Pot, James, and Neil — were just as brilliant. Every morning and evening, they were kind, warm, and professional. I genuinely missed seeing their friendly faces after the work was done. I feel lucky to have met Andy and his team — I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Cleanliness is always my main objective to make sure your property is well looked after while the works are getting carried out. I have lots of experience in the building trade, I currently work as a working site manger on various large domestic and commercial projects so you can be assured that I have the knowledge and skill set to deliver high quality work. I’m not just stuck at plastering as I am also a general builder which I’m competent in carpentry, rsj installations (rolled steel joist), lintels for adding door ways, small brick work jobs, ground works and other round the house jobs that are required. I always strive to make all my customers happy and will always go above and beyond to help out all my clients with there build by overcoming any situations that may arise acting decisively to carry on with the works ahead. All my work is a guaranteed, not only that I am a British gypsum certified plaster and they also guarantee all my plastering works for two years. I am new to my builder so please don’t be put off by know active reviews, I’m a great time keeper and will always turn up when I say I will to get the job at hand completed.
