We opted for a partial conversion, and his expertise in building control and regulations was invaluable in planning and arranging inspections. He even recommended an architect to draw up the plans, which saved us a lot of time. Lea’s extensive knowledge ensured that the structural work was thoroughly planned and executed to the highest standard. The finish and attention to detail were outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the project, promptly answering any questions and updating us on the progress. The plastering, both inside and outside the room, was done beautifully, as were the electrical (signed off by an electrician), window, and plumbing installations. Additionally, we had him fit the flooring and custom-build a box around our electrical panel. Both turned out fantastic, completing an already amazing job. Thanks again for the incredible work and care. Old and new bricks and mortar matched and finished carefully, so you'd hardly know the brickwork was new. Also Tom and his assistant were polite and friendly as well. No sudden price additions added to the cost. He also gave some great advice about other jobs needing to be done around the house.
