Stefan quoted and gave timings which were met. Any optional extras discussed and agreed in advance, no nasty surprises! Property was kept reasonably clean throughout and staff were polite and hard working even when unsupervised. He was super responsive and gave great advice about some other bits we were considering doing in the house, and left everything clean and done to a high standard. He also arranged for plasterers to come and skim some textured ceilings - we are new to the renovation game and the number of options out there can be overwhelming, so Ian arranging it all for us was so helpful. Michael and his 2 sons are very friendly, honest and professional. They have done an amazing job converting a window to french doors as well as bricking up a single door and fitting a window in its place. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently and completed the job on time and I look forward to working with Michael again on future projects. A 7 year old property, the job was a loft conversion to include en-suite in third floor and adjust second floor to accommodate stairs etc. work was completed to specification with valuable inputs from Oliver in regards to layout and consideration of design.
