Overall the quality of the work was good, but the price was quite high. We were on a tight schedule otherwise we might have gone for a cheaper option. Communication was generally good and the team that fitted the floor were friendly and efficient.

Stewart and Louie have transformed my home exactly as per my instructions. The renovation consisted of removing an existing wall, window and internal door, replacing ceilings in kitchen, adding a stud partition wall with french doors in lounge and plastering artexed ceiling in lounge. The standard of plastering and overall quality of workmanship is brilliant! I am so pleased with the work carried out. Stewart also arranged carpenter to fit french doors and electricians to fit led lighting as well as carrying out the renovation I asked for. The work was started on day arranged and completed on time. Excellent standard of work all round. Can't thank them enough. I highly recommend LS Builders and will most certainly use them again in the future.

We found Rodney Professional, honest,friendly and kept us well informed on the progress of the build,introduced us to an equivalent electrician, Rod was very fair with his quote and he kept to budget,we would definitely use him again for any future projects,we have already recommended him to family for extension work. Overall a builder with a wealth of experience trustworthy and gets the job done to a very good standard at an realistic price.we couldn't of asked for more.

They were hired to rectify the subpar work of a previous contractor. The previous builder had installed a pocket door system but failed to include any doors or construct the system properly. However, C. Oakes and Sons confidently assured us they could assist in installing the four pocket doors despite these issues. They successfully installed all four doors and sourced parts to create doorstops, as none had been incorporated into the system. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely engage their services again in the future.

Julian was very friendly, flexible and capable in completing a wide ranging job for us; including knocking through a wall to fit a new doorway, bricking up a door way and replacing it with a new window and helping design and construct an above ground fully insulated wine cellar. He also helped with the various building certification visits (which was very helpful as we had limited knowledge of the requirements). We found Julian's advice on construction materials and practicalities very helpful and were very happy with the clarity and level of costs/timing quoted at every stage. He was also flexible and understanding to changes/additions to the scope of work during the project. Julian seemed to be very happy to work to our timetable in terms of work and budget. After and during all the various stages of work Julian made sure to leave the house in good order, so the work was not too disrupting to our lives. We were very happy and would definitely use Julian again (and recommend others to do so).

Adam and Chris were super when we were collecting quotes for the job, and very responsive to our queries and concerns. There were Brexit, pandemic, and building-regs related delays to starting, and completing, the job, but Adam and Chris always did as much as they could at the time. As did the other guys working for them - a decent bunch of lads. Overall the job was completed to a decent standard and we're happy with the majority of the finish; only problems relate to the plumbing side of the project which are a bit of an annoyance (nothing goes perfectly though, does it?). In short, would we use them again? Yeah.
