Absolutely brilliant job done by Anthony, professional throughout. He came and boarded my whole roof space in the time he said he would, turned up when he said he would and kept me in the loop. Initially we were in touch with Dan about the installation of an extractor fan, but on his visit to the property it was clear that he'd be the right person to do much more. Essentially, he re-furbished the whole property, with a new kitchen, re-designed main bedroom, new front and back doors, a new flat roof over the bathroom, new shelving in the front room, painting throughout and clearing a derelict gazebo in the back garden. We were very happy with the advice and work that we received from Dan, including the way he brought in a couple of sub-contractors such as for carpentary and roofing.

Harry has just completed on a 75sqm garage floor that was extremely uneven and required an experienced skill to level and the end result is absolutely amazing. There were 3 linked areas of the garage which were laid in a continuous run overcoming a graduated ramp which has now disappeared. I would recommend and use Harry again as he is truly a multi-tradesman, and a very pleasant guy to work with.

Cannot overstate how pleased we are with the completed job. In addition to the room division, we also hired Paul for a redecoration of our hallway, which included a ceiling repair and re-skim, and a complete set of new doors throughout the bungalow. As an operator, Paul and his team were polite, tidy and professional throughout the period of work, which was completed to a very high standard with a minimum of disruption. He was helpful with the choice of materials and fittings and made honest recommendations as to the scale of the job and work required. As a direct result of this work I am now intending to hire Paul for an extension build in the new year.

Very good, methodical workmanship. Shane dealt with all aspects of our job very thoroughly. Priced accordingly. Couple of issues with plumber, Kane, from Falmouth, that was engaged in some of the work. Does not seem very experienced at all, seems to do a job badly and then creates another job to be done. He had problem remembering to tighten up bleed valves on a radiator, resulting in very wet carpet upstairs, fitted outside tap, forgot to check the elbow joint on the inside resulting in leaky joint. Take the plumber out of the picture....excellent job, very professional, would recommend Shane Hubbard highly including his guys that worked on the alterations.

Look no further. Dean was fantastic from the initial visit to measure up for his quote, right through to completion. He takes pride in his work and was very patient with us when we wanted any changes or additional work carried out. He was on site everyday (including Saturdays towards the end) and always informed us if he wasn't going to be here on any given day. The area was always left tidy at the end of the working day. I have other building work that I want doing one day knowing I won't hesitate to give Dean a call. Very friendly and keeps you updated with his progress throughout.
