So happy with the work the guys did creating my downstairs toilet. Despite a few hidden issues with our house throwing some spanners into the works, Billy & Daryl were incredibly clear and helpful surrounding resolutions and next steps. While this would have pushed out the timescales with most builders, the team pulled out all the stops and did an amazing job in completing our toilet quickly. Delighted with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use this team again in the future!

An excellent and reliable builder. James of J&M builders came out to see the job and was very knowledgeable and informative as to my questions about what I could and couldn’t do. The job was first class and finished to a high quality and ahead of schedule. The tradesmen were absolutely brilliant and we are very pleased indeed, an added bonus is that the work was done while we were away and we returned to a very tidy house and they even disposed of some rubbish left over from a previous DIY project. I would highly recommend J&M builders for any work needing done and we will definitely be using James and the team in our next project.

WARNING — Stay far away from ROSS MCCALLUM Avoid Ross McCallum at all costs. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a tradesman. After taking money for the job, Ross failed to complete the work, abandoned the project, and then completely stopped communicating. Calls were ignored, messages were left unanswered, and I was left dealing with the mess(I had to spend a fortune fixing his shambolic work.), delays, stress, and extra financial costs caused by his actions. What was promised was never delivered. Instead of professionalism, honesty, or accountability, I was met with silence the moment problems arose. No customer should have to chase someone they’ve paid just to get basic communication or unfinished work resolved. If you value your time, money, peace of mind, and property, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience was extremely disappointing and I would never use or recommend his services again.
