William (Billy) and his team did an exceptional job. My conservatory seems to have been a bit neglected in previous years and seemingly had a fair few problems, all of which meant the space was all kinds of damp. Billy was really transparent from the outset that he spotted several issues, and when he identified another once work had started, he explained the problem and suggested resolution. The team got everything done in two days, and were impeccably clean throughout (which is very different to experiences I've had in the past when I've had work done). Everything looks great, and I appreciated the attention to detail. We were looking to have New front door steps and handrail rebuilt and renewed .. From first phone call to job complete both Kieran & Fraser we’re polite & on time to give a quote , we agreed a price and time to start job & once again they both arrived at the time they said. Great workers tidying up before they left .we had a bit of a wait to get job complete due to the company that we were getting a handrail from but Kieran kept us informed & we were in no rush so all was good with us .. we couldn’t be more happy with end result & highly recommend these two very professional guys , I may look to see what else I can get them to do for us 🤣
