We needed the dividing wall between our living / dining room removed and then replastered before our floor sanding took place, so timing (as well as quality) was very important to us. Rob promptly got in touch soon after I posted the ad and visited the property a few days later for an inspection and to talk us through the process. A week later the job has now been completed to an exceptional standard with plenty of time to spare. They were also well organised and did a great job minimising the mess that comes with removing a wall. We are a large primary school in Barking and needed some additional offices built for 3 members of staff. Platinum build successfully quoted us for the build and carried out the works in the school holiday. Platinum Build took control from the idea stage right through to completion, and carried out the works professionally and to a high standard of workmanship. All tradesmen were efficient, and on completion brought in there own cleaning company to ensure the areas were left clean and tidy. The finish has blended in nicely with our current decor and everyone is happy with the work. I can strongly recommend Platinum Build. We will certainly use them for future work. Kamil and team have been an absolute joy and a pleasure to work with during the construction of our kitchen extension. They are incredibly hard working, every morning 7.30am starts and when needed working weekends as well. Every little extra we have asked for has been no problem at all, solutions have been found to everything. Not only have they built the extension but made sensible and welcome suggestions to how things could be done differently for a better effect -e.g the lighting, sockets, boiler set up. All work is completed to the highest standards and cleaned up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, we have already employed them to overhaul the shower and heating in the rest of the house later in the year. 5 STARS
