He was great at communicating and asking if any questions, and he worked out some very clever solutions to some of the challenges we found on the way. Would definitely recommend.

My property has been fully refurbished to a high standard due to Daniels hard work. I have been receiving numerous compliments from strangers who pass by my property. I was not onsite for the majority of the renovation, so i was heavily reliant on Daniel to project manage the refurbishment. Daniel is realibe, trustworthy, punctual and honrable. Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and his team from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. I was impressed with Peter’s previous work and we developed a good rapport from the first meeting and I felt that I could trust him with the work. He was clear about the detail of the work that needed doing upfront and his quote was itemised to reflect what each element would cost. The work was done on time and of a high quality and Peter was responsive at all times to any questions or concerns we had. He also made great suggestions of how we could do things better and was open to our ideas and realising our dream. His team were punctual, friendly and took care of the house ensuring the work that they did was of a high standard at all times and attention to detail which really has made a difference now that the project is completed. I obtained a few builder quotes for a garage conversion/house renovation and all the quotes were about the same. I decided to give the work to Paul as he came across as someone with genuine experience. His quote was very detailed and offered additional services which the other builders had not included on their quotes such as tiling, bathroom fitting, hanging doors etc. You should probably check everything that has been included item by item so that you don't make any assumptions as this was something I did. I found the team to be very efficient and turned up every morning without out fail. I was able to keep in good communication with the team either face to face, email or on the mobile. Materials were included in the quote and each day Paul would have organised their delivery in advance so lorries would turn up with pallets of bricks, cement, timber etc. I recommended them to a neighbour and she was satisfied too. I definitely would recommend Paul and the team!
