Latest review:Loft Conversion-A very positive experience. We are not going to say everything was plain sailing. We got there in the end. Arick & Greg, the joiners were especially brilliant. Office communication could be improved at times and the office could be more pro-active. All of the others Duanne, Wesley and Rocky were great. There are a few things ourselves we have to do but now have a extra room in which to live and work. The guys put in long hours and put up with interruptions from our three dogs. Arick & Greg work incredibly hard and put in long hours ; much more then perhaps anyone else we have seen. It is always difficult dealing with things at a distance and we appreciate the office sorting things out when minor issues have arisen (we know they have changed some of their procedures because of us!). Overall it has been a very positive experience. Just glad that soon things will be completely finished and our new floor will no longer be like a building site. We believe we have added value to our house with the help of econoloft and our looking forward to moving in soon.
They were polite and friendly. The stated the price and did the job in one day, as promised. They were really good. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best builders I’ve ever had!
Really lucky to find Rahman as our choice of builder. Communication and quality of work was second to none all done for a fair price. Any issues or delays he was expecting he communicate to me as soon as he knew. His team were great, all professionals and cleaned up after each day of work was complete. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional, and the results exceeded my expectations. Ardit and his team were punctual, courteous, and maintained a clean and organized worksite, which was particularly important as we continued living in the house during the renovation. Communication throughout the project was excellent; I was kept informed of progress and any necessary adjustments. Latest review:Loft Conversion-We hired Scott and his team to complete a loft conversion and first floor extension at our property. Scott quoted a fair price and kept to this price throughout the project. Scott's immediate team were all very polite, helpful and respectful, not only to us but our neighbours too. The team were happy to fix all the last bits before sign off. The project ran slightly over time but this was mainly due to the difficulty in coordinating with the contractors who did the tiling. Overall we are happy with the end result and we would be happy to recommend Lambarde Construction to other people.
Russell and his team did a great job on our extension/dorma. Even with all the unfortunate delays and complications from other parts of the job Russell was really helpful to us with advice and guidance. He did a great job and would hire him again if needed. Latest review:Loft Conversion-Charlie and his guys were polite and always turns up to work on time. The cost was competitive and fair. The work was completed to a good standard. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and took all the rubbish. We were really satisfied with the work done and we would surely recommend Charlie and his team.
