Initially a bit wary of using my builder, but came across Alan's number and really pleased we did. From our first meeting when he came to give us a quote, he had some excellent ideas on how to reduce the cost of our conversion and extension which he saw through when we decided to choose him as our builder. Alan is a really nice bloke, great to have around your property, trustworthy and helpful. We are really pleased with our finished product and are enjoying the extra space this has provided. Cetec have done a fantastic job. These guys where pros no issues and they overcame issues with no problem. Due to the nature of our job we required a T shape steel installed with welded plates to hold up a chimney and this was no issue. after having them drop in to view the job they put me in contact with a structural engineer who organised the steel calcs and then after getting that sorted they organised the steel delivery and kept me in the loop as the job progressed. would highly recomend an will happily use their services in the future

Oscar called on the Sunday and arranged to come and look at the.job only a couple of hours after getting in touch. This was because we were let down a couple of hours earlier with work due to start Monday. Oscar sent the quote through and could start on Tuesday. Oscar turned up as promised and the job started. We could not fault the work done and Oscar and his friend were friendly hard working and reliable. The job was completed and we were very happy with the standard of work. Oscar cleaned up and even took all the rubbish away. If you need a plasterer then look no further. We will definitely use Oscar again and will be recommending him to anyone who needs a good plasterer.

The job completed was a garage conversion into another bedroom. They bricked up the garage door to create a large window. Then knocking out the opposite wall to create another large window. They made a good door way into the room at the same time increasing the size of our hallway. The room was fully insulated, with plenty of electrical features before a very good plastering job was completed. During the job, I asked for additional work and they were happy to do this and quote me at the end. Both Robert and Stuart are friendly and approachable, and were happy to work round our family during the work. Having a family of 3 kids is demanding when there are building projects on the go in your home but they made the project be carried out without any stress on the family. Fully recommend them and will use them again in the future.
