I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.

Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring.
