We had no experience, no contacts and very little idea on what was needed to be done (just that there was plenty work needed). John approached us like a miracle out of nowhere and over the course of a few meetings was able to give us sound advice, oodles of experience and a helping hand. Not only was he able to help us with the job and finish it to a standard that left us speechless, he also gave us advice on what to do next in maintenance and upkeep of the surrounding area (which we had yet to think about).
