OUR PRICES General Cleaning From £25 per person, per hour Emergency / Reactive Call-Out From £100 call-out fee Labour, waste and specialist services are charged separately where applicable. Painting & Decorating Labour From £200 per person, per day Materials and specialist access equipment quoted separately where required. WASTE & PROPERTY CLEARANCE Unlike many waste collection companies, you don’t have to move everything outside or leave it waiting at the kerb. Our team can undertake the hard labour, collecting waste from inside your property, carrying it out and loading it directly into our vehicle. General Waste • ½ van load — £260 • Full van load — £500 • Smaller quantities — quoted individually Waste is responsibly disposed of according to its type, with the appropriate documentation provided where required. Hazardous, offensive, clinical, chemical or other controlled waste is not included within our general waste prices and is quoted separately. Waste collections can usually be arranged within 1–2 days, subject to availability. PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY All jobs are payable in full in advance. Once your quotation has been accepted, we will issue an invoice to your email address. Your booking is confirmed and allocated in our diary once payment has been received. This policy applies to all cleaning, clearance, waste removal, emergency, specialist and property service bookings. For established commercial clients with an approved credit account, separate payment terms may apply by prior agreement.
