If Billy turns up he does an excellent job. He fitted our first wood burner and he was professional, polite and personable. Unfortunately we weren’t so lucky second time around. As you will see from other 1 star reviews, Billy has quite a high number of family emergencies/illnesses/jet-lag (7 cancellations for us) which are followed by lots of promises that he won’t let you down again. If you have endless flexibility and don’t need anything to be done on time, you might end up with good work. Neil converted the interior of an old brick outhouse for me into a storeroom for my garden materials. He is careful in his work, didn't rush and did a high quality job. Greatly impressed with job done by Jay today. He did all the jobs thoroughly and meticulously and took his time and did not rush things. He was also very polite and overall accommodating.
