David came back with a very competitive price, he visited over a weekend at very short notice to view / measure up for drawings for knocking through for kitchen to dining room. Promised drawing in within a week & duly completed on time. Really pleasant guy, who offered additional support to builders if required (not needed) - actually builders commented on how good & detailed the drawings & report were, adding that they were some of the best he had seen Work all completed now & looks fantastic!!! Didn't give a height for the extension, drawing wasnt detailed enough for the builders and really annoyed my builders. Doesnt know what councils or building control require at times and gives answers like "I don't know" "Ask etc etc" - Imagine another professional like a doctor or lawyer giving these answers. I simply cannot fathom how someone can be in this profession when they can't do basics. Changes his terms midway through the contract too. I tried to be nice to him by being non confrontational but the more nice i am, the more he tries to take advantage.
