Mason was prompt and responsive. However, the entire work failed the expectation of obtaining a building control regulation application. The joists under the floor board in the house were cut and pipes are at limited fall. Inspectors were not satisfied and all these works were documented by them. We had to re-do the whole work. Very disappointed with the result. We messaged Mason and haven’t heard back since 2 weeks ago. Asked for a reasonable refund but no response.
