This was work in preparation for an air source heat pump - installing a brand new designer radiator and pipework and changing a towel rail - all in a porcelain tiled bathroom. He's a gas fitter but understands heat pumps which was a real bonus. He did a great job, was reliable when I had a tight deadline and friendly. He communicates well. He came back for a few bits a day after and fitted in comfortably with my heat pump team. He had to order the replacement which was on the Friday, so I had to wait over the weekend not a problem. The part arrived on Monday and Andy fitted the pump on the same day. He was very polite, extremely efficient and very tidy in his work.So much so I’ve asked he to replace the mixer taps in my kitchen.
