Stephen was extremely professional. He let me know of his arrival a day in advance and an hour's notice before he turned up. RapidFix Heating LtdHeating Engineer in GreenockRating: 3.9 out of 5 3.959 reviewsUnfortunately my experience wasn't good at all.The engineer Mr Mukesh came at the time agreed, stayed 6mins,checking what he needed ( a TRV for the radiator) now I understand that he brought a standard 15mm and not 8mm valve needed, but he charged me 65£ per 6mins of his time, just checking what he needed plus another 75£ in case I would go ahead with the job, 65£ sent on his bank account without any invoice also?
