Call outs are for free, no charge until the job is done, I want you to be confident in me. If you’re not happy I’m not happy. £55 for an hour £250 for the day (6 hours +) But I’m very reasonable, I won’t charge for silly little problem's, I’m more satisfied with helping you than profit and that is honest. OAPs melt my heart so if you’re over 60, it’s about half the rate £35, you’ve worked hard all your life you deserve respect I do a lot of small jobs consisting of maintenance works, from central heating maintenance like pump replacements; zone valve replacements, cylinder and boiler replacements and general diagnosing issues with all types of heating system. I have a vast amount of experience as a reactive plumber, dealing with small to major leaks, I’ve dealt with a various amount of different toilets and cold to hot water systems, I’ve spent a lot of my time off reading up and understanding various types of heating, cold and hot water systems, I’m also quite good at leak detection with a very good record of finding leaks within properties with minimal damage.
