Integrity by name + integrity by nature - even charging VAT, but passing on his merchants’ discount to match a price, I had off someone, who isn’t VAT regd., but recommended by Vaillant Boilers, in June 2024, to not only supply + fit 10 radiators but replace the Vaillant boiler, too. I read all 131 reviews, after receiving a call from him + was struck with Gareth’s, who said “Jamie was a landlord’s dream”. I’m an older female version of that Gareth, who was taught by my non-practising barrister, property manager mother Foundress of the London Canal Museum, Kings X + used to be Organising Secretary of Islington Conservatives, studied law + did the dirty cases, eg Linda Robson’s TV actress’ elderly stepfather, ill in bed with cancer, with 2 clamps on his car + took bailiffs to Court. Unusual to find someone who takes pride in their work, carries 2 small spirit levels + thinks outside the box, fixes any issues, like an old disconnected overflow pipe. Your 8 day old baby girl lucked out!

As advised by the gas engineer (him), there was no need to install a new boiler nor in a new location. Two flue inspection hatches installed and problem sorted without much cost and changes the structure of the flat. I am pleased.

Joe did wonderful job, he arrived on time and sorted the leak in my bathroom, replaced the mixer tap in my kitchen, sorted the leak with the tap in my downstairs toilet and also sorted out the problem with the radiator in my lounge. This I was especially pleased with as other tradesmen have tried sorting out this problem but failed. As soon as I explained the problem with the radiator to Joe he told me that the valve was faulty whIch he replaced. I now have a fully functioning radiator for the first time in 3 years thanks to Joe. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Steve and his team arrived early, they were very professional and worked very well as a team, completing a very challenging boiler replacement job in one day. All a really great bunch of guys, nothing too much trouble. I am very pleased with the end result, and the house is like the tropics now! Thought we had a slight issue with the thermostat, and they were round the next morning to check this for us, so a very responsive service. Overall, I would definitely use them again and would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks Steve & team.

APD contacted me through this APP with an enquiry about the job. Details of the problem via text and photographs were exchanged seamlessly which concluded in an estimated root cause. A quote was provided within a hour and agreed upon. Ashley and his apprentice arrive promptly at the agreed time, were very polite and considerate to our home. The work was completed without any troubles, no mess or water leaks. Communication throughout was great, whereby I knew what was being done. The solution that was installed has worked perfectly with no further problems. I would definitely recommend APD for Heating jobs and trouble shooting.
