Cowboy builder who damaged a brand new toilet pan, did not finish the job and did not respond to any further attempts to contact by text and phone. As a fix to wobbly toilet (not appropriately mounted to the floor) he just wanted to put loads of silicone underneath!!! Avoid this plumber - the job was rushed and poor quality. The only consolation was that I didn't pay him, however few days was lost due to his terrible work. No fun to be left with seriously damaged only toilet in the house when you have two small children.
