Andy was quick to respond, flexible with his availability and very knowledgable. He fixed our two leaking sinks in under an hour and also managed to find the source of the leak in our ceiling with mininal damage. He came back two days later as promised, fixed the leaking pipe and did a tidy job of replastering the ceiling too. Very reasonable charges, lovely chap, would recommend.

Lee was patient at explaining the issue with my broken water heater and options we have to ensure a longer term replacement. He came and work diligently to install a new water cylinder in a tight space. It is tricky to get hold of him after a job has been completed and paid though. He didn't send me full documentations of my installs either and is no longer responsive. Otherwise, Lee is competent at his job.

Mansoor, came around and assessed the job before giving a quote, and advised that the radiator we planned to move was too large for the space we wanted it to go, which when I looked at the job again, was a spot on assessment. So in the end the old radiator was recycled, and Mansoor, installed a new radiator, in its new position (under the window). I was very happy with the work Mansoor did he worked efficiently, and kept me informed on the progress of the work. Tested the new radiator in its new position, before refitting the floorboards, and tidying the work area, and taking the old radiator away. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mansoor to other people, or reusing him on other plumbing tasks in my house.
