I had a complex fire door issue (Ref: FRA report) involving specific gap requirements (2-4mm) and a faulty handle. From the start, the communication was clear and professional. Unlike other contractors who suggested expensive replacements, he was incredibly honest—he fixed my existing handle by replacing a missing part instead of charging me for a new one. This level of integrity is rare to find. He adjusted the hinges using fire-rated pads to ensure full compliance with building regulations. He also provided professional photos and a job report for my management company. OMG - Stephen was absolutely amazing! I was very worried about this heavy bathroom mirror being installed as my handyman nearly killed us putting it up unprofessionally! Stephen knew exactly what was needed - the exact 6mm bracket which needed to be ordered online as none of the four local hardware store stocked it (they did other sizes), with a special glue. He also brought along an assistant to help him place the mirror onto the wall. His communication was second to none, and he was also very courteous. He was also very reasonably priced - I was worried no one wanted such a small job. I will definitely ask him to do other things around the house!
