Dave turned up when he said he would and gave me more ideas to solve the problem with my leaky chimney. His quote was very good and we decided to have the whole chimney removed. Lee who did the work, again turned up when he said he would, was very thorough and left my property very clean and tidy. He purposely sourced roof tiles which are a close match to mine so it doesnt look odd, I fact you wouldnt know I'd had any work done! Lovely guys, local firm, would definitely recommend 👌

Steven and Fred arrived when they said they would. Quickly assessed nature of problem and gave a view on proposed solution. Quotation arrived by email within 36 hours, very detailed, describing materials required, estimated duration and price, which was very reasonable. Date was agreed for work to be done. Steven and Fred arrived on time and began work, but quickly discovered that the construction of our lounge wall was not brick, as was anticipated. After some discussion a Plan B was suggested, involving applying a membrane to the wall before re-plastering. This would involve a delay, to obtain the membrane, and be more time-consuming. A couple of weeks later, Plan B was implemented with a minimum of fuss. A sub-contracted plasterer then re-plastered the wall. This work was done to a high standard. The final invoice was only slightly higher than the original quote, due to the additional materials. Steven's communication throughout was excellent. We would unreservedly recommend him.
