Rich fitted a new door frame and door and a new door on an existing frame. I couldn’t be happier with the work. Doors look fabulous and everything lines up as it should. It’s nice to see someone who takes pride in what he does. Rich was reliable, turned up when he said he would, and left everything tidy afterwards. He is now listed as one of my go to people in my mobile phone contacts. 😊 I would definitely recommend and will be using him again in the future.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company. While the initial approach may seem friendly and reassuring, my and the client's experience quickly became disappointing. There were several issues throughout the project whereby he failed to meet deliverables, a clear lack of professionalism and grasp of the project from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship was below standard and what we were promised, and the job was left incomplete. Despite taking full payment, the work remains unfinished, and communication regarding resolving the outstanding issues has been almost non-existent. My client has made many attempts to reach out and he intentionally reads messages and fails to reply. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Jerome & Mark fitted some Victorian style alcove cabinets for me. The job was made more difficult with no two walls in the house being straight! They came up with some innovative solutions to make the finished product look great. They also worked around other things going on, were always polite and considerate clearing up after themselves.
