We agreed a price for a full day's work. He arrived late for 9am and left at 3pm and still insisted on charging for the agreed full day's price. To me, that is not a full day's work. One of the fence poles he installed was the wrong way around and I had to point it out. What's much worse is that the fence foundation he did for us was not deep enough and the fence became very tilted (significantly not vertical) after a few months. The fence don't stay in place firmed and is easily brown down in big wind. Now it would be an even bigger job to fix the fence foundation as the concrete would need to be dug up. Airless spraying, Wall paper hanguing with all preparation works done in advance. we offer fixed reasonable rates and jobs are carried clean and tidy to the best possible standard and circumstances.
Excellent work by AMA Partners. They arrived very promptly to restore the walls in every room, following the complete rewiring of our house. Tony and team showed great consideration to us by securely covering and protecting all our furniture and flooring before starting to plaster and repaint. Their workmanship is of a very high standard and our rooms are now impeccably decorated. During the days they were working on our property they communicated with us consistently which was very reassuring and helpful. Really good experience. Eric did a great job at a great price. He even took on an additional painting job that wasn't part of the original job. He completed the job quickly, communicated well and always came when he said he would. He worked really hard. We do jobs the size of extensions and small jobs just like fixing a water leak no job is too big or too small for us.
Dan and his team maintain an excellent professional standard of what they do. We were nervous at the start, as this was our first renovation task, and there were some delays in getting a response before the agreement, but they made the work very smooth all the way through. They respected our choice of materials and our needs, even if it required a bit of redoing of what they had already done. I offer a 24 hour call out service on electrical emergencies. It is my policy to complete a project before starting a new one to give 100% commitment. Craig is a unreliable guy told us he will do the work in 2 weeks. This was two weeks before December. He kept telling us he was going to come in and doesn't show up for a week. He keeps on delaying the completion date. My parents took time off to let him in but he always has excuses (I has other job to finish, i was drunk etc). Then I told him to give me a date and time he will come in so we can let him he gave me a date guess what doesn't turn up i was stuck in a basement somewhere. On jan 18 we told him you can come and finish whenever he comes in at 11-12. and leaves at 2pm. It's now March and it's still not complete and is now blaming me that I didn't give him access he had 3 months to complete the job. He never cleans up after himself so every time they finish i have to clean my house. Since Christmas my house have been a mess and now after I have paid him 70% he is telling me that I owe him money and he haven't even finished the job the wall bracket is not even fixed.

They were excellent. My father-in-law is 91 and needed extensive work carried out on a bungalow ready to move in. From the start, Ryan made the whole process very easy. He talked through options, was patient whilst waiting for decisions and completion dates and once he started was prompt, reliable and extremely hard working. The standard of work was excellent and his friendly manner made what could have been an very stressful experience enjoyable.
