His partner, Stephen, will join him the next time which is in 3 weeks. I think they will do a good job. It is a little early to say more because this job is rather complicated with several parts to it. But I am hoping that I have selected the right people for this job. I am glad about their attitude which seems that there is quite a lot of interest showing.

Unfortunately he underestimated the work to be done, working alone. He began doing what was required of him but it soon appeared he was overwhelmed with the work. He started cutting corners. Unfortunately he did not take my advice that the grass was too wet to give a good finish to the lawn. I was most unhappy with the result. I was quite prepared to give him a chance, I expressed this to him, because he’s a young man starting up a business. It was arranged for him to return on 7.5 to cut the lawn and undertake other bits. He did not remember this when I called. He was supposed to come 9.30 8.5, he neither came nor called. Very unprofessional and sloppy. Won’t be using or recommending him!
