Steve tiled the splashback in our new kitchen. We encountered several issues outside of our control with suppliers; including poor tile quality and incorrect deliveries. Despite these challenges, Steve remained patient and proactive, sorting out all the problems efficiently. He had to visit multiple times because of these delays, but the overall experience was positive, and the finished work was what we were looking for. Any snags were dealt with promptly, with good communication along the way. Highly recommend Steve for his professionalism and dedication.

Outstanding work - thank you. We had several quotes but chose to go ahead with Jordan (JM Building). The work required removal of a large, old flooring of mixed tiles, timber and carpet - we discovered only gravel under the old floor so a lot of preparation was needed. The work completed was excellent. Jordan made good pace but was careful to ensure the finish was high quality. This was necessary because the property is >200 years old and the area was fairly large. Highest recommendation I can give is that we are already booking Jordan for more work.
